The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is the first work I designed for the round. Scenic and Costume designs were created to support the production's need for minimalism. Design motifs and themes include: "A bright light in a dark space," "the Cartesian plane," "creativity and imagination," and "family and interpersonal connection."
Little Shop of Horrors was the first design I created for a musical. Set in the 1960s, the design concept mimics a late-century, science-fiction/horror B-movie.
Mystery at Twicknam Vicarage was produced as the finale of UCA Theatre's Evening of David Ives. Design concepts and imagery include: Late-night 1990s MTV specials and Prime Suspect.
Guilt / Less was an immersive, interactive, piece of theatre devised and produced by the faculty and students of the University of Central Arkansas Theatre Department. Based on the short story "The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas," Guilt/Less introduced audiences to the extra-societal community of Resanon, and asked participants to engage with questions concerning justice, sacrifice, and the cost of happiness.
